Too tired to drive home from work.

I'm scared. I need to sleep. I don't know how to sleep.

Unhappy

I am sorry mari,
When ever I have to drive somewhere when I am tired, I roll down the windows, turn on the radio loud! and end up chewing on my inside of my cheeks to stay a wake. works.
I am hoping that you got home safely.
I wish you could sleep too.

Can you call hubby when this happens? Get a ride, call a cab? Will you?
I'm scared for you.
If you truly dont any longer know how to sleep, you must get help. Pdoc, tdoc, someone who can get to them. Think, Mari.

Or try to zero-out sensation, turn up the air, wrap yourself in a blanket, turn a fan up high, & see what happens. Maybe you don't need to remember anything. Maybe your body will remember for you.

Prayers & love.

Exclamation

dear Mari

i don't know how far the ride is, or on what kinds of roads, or justt how tired you are... but if you don't feel up to it, either get your hubby or someone else to drive you, or just call a cab.

just do it. PLEASE do not endanger yourself. driving sleep-deprived is as bad as driving drunk in terms of the dangers. and i wouldn't want you to have to pull off the road half way and nap... who knows where stranded on the side of the road.

if you can drop a line when you get home

Hi,

I'm home. I took my meds. I'm trying to stay awake.

Here is Antonin Dvorak's Largo. 'Feels like a sad enough song for now.

Heart Largo

Thank you, Mari. It's good to know you're home.
Im enjoying the Largo link a lot. It is indeed sad. Fits my mood too. Haunting, here in Chaco Canyon under the full moon. I'm sorry you're so sad, but I'm glad to have this with me.
Hugs to you.

Some folks who heard the music last night said it sounded as if it belonged here. I told them it did.
Dvorak wrote it from here, the New World. It did seem so native.
Thank you.

I hope you got some rest. I hope it's a good day for you. ((((Mari))))
