Well I am finally back. Two things were probably the cause of my discomfort the last couple of weeks. One, Dalmane needs to be titrated down and she just took me right off of it and two Valium just made it worse.
So, now I am back on the Dalmane and I feel much happier. We will see how the next couple of days work out and see if I sleep and feel better. Thank you everyone for your help.

Well I slept much better last night and I didn't feel like I was going crazy.
You guys have made this last 3 weeks much easier for me to to handle this . I feel like I am finally stable. For now anyway.
