Hope you and Jeff had a wonderful get away celebration with near a thought to the weather. The meal sounded wonderful and a Tiki hut with bushwhacking fun idea to relax. He is a real keeper.
Our anniversary was a week ago monday, 19 years. But we have been together since 1978....gosh I was in my early 20's. How long agon. Wishing you many more wonderful memories to celebrate. di

WE had a wonderful trip...
great food and weather, it was hot but the bush wackers were cold!we drove up friday and had dinner at the bar. that night walked the beach and in the water and look for the bioluminescence....ie sparkles in the sand and found them! when we got back to the room we noticed that we had some black oil on our feet. sigh WE went to the pensacola aviation museum on saturday. that was amazing! before that ...saturday morning we had really wonderful crab cakes eggs benedict with bloody marys of course.....that nite after the museum we Went to mcguires irish pub and hubby had a wonderful steak with blue cheese crumbles...he loves that . I had a seafood stew(bouillabaisse)it had clams and mussels and fish and shrimp and octoups I think wasn't crazy about it...but the creamed spinach was to die for! we had a great server so that is always a plus. She gave us champagne to celebrate! Back to the tiki hut for bush wackers and met a couple of men who invited us to their hole in the wall bar for the original bushwackers....fun! Last night we Walked out on the dock and watched the fish (8-12 inches long) catching little shrimp! that was fun. this morning we split an omelet made with 6 eggs! huge! cheesy grits and begnets(powdered sugar donuts) had to try their bush wacker...very smooth at flounders. almost better than where we were staying. anyway. drove home and had a wonderful time.

Such a great time it sounds like you had.
My sister's are celebrating their 31st anniversary today. I hope they have a great one today too. I will celebrate mine in about 6 months. It would be so nice to be able to go somewhere, its my goal. Donna
