i can see the "what is it for" question because soooo many meds are used for a variety of purposes both on- and off-label. it's the spelling bit that gets me. maybe the other question is because there are a lot of meds with long names that ppl often do not spell right... and can be confused with other meds having similar names. so he had to make sure or something. dunno. or do you think he might have had some form of disability of his own such that he needed information repeated a lot... couldn't retain, couldn't keep up. attention span, hearing difficulty, dyslexia? i mean the only thing after that is... he was either an idiot, a jerk. or both. one would rather not think that. whatever HIS problem was, sorry you had to deal with all that at the interivew which sounds hard enough to go through. ~ waves ~ |

Lots of people do not know the correct names for their meds. They sort of mumble through the list when they talk to the nurse or doc. I was asked by an mdoc's nurse recently to spell my meds. I got the sense that she was getting some heat from the mdoc to get things exactly right for the chart. M |

Gosh, where did the time go ? My day yesterday was nice, as Tom went to the program. It was a long day for him. We had him ready by 7:00am, the van came at almost 8:00 , and he finally got home around 4pm. The good news is when I went to the van and opened the door, there was a bit more 'brightness', it seemed to me, in his face, and the van driver said that DH had been 'singing' on the way home. I thought he would come home exhausted and want to nap, but he didn't. He enjoyed his day and the activities they did, and I'm so glad he's got such a positive outlook.
TO BE CONTINUED...A LITTLE CARETAKING TO DO
