Hope that works. So far I like the concept of Radical acceptance and Mindfulness, so when the two books get here that I ordered via the library I will have them for three weeks, and hopefully both won't appear at once, so I can read one at a time. Looking forward to it. Things are going well still, I feel better, and think I have been able to forgive myself for the distant past that was holding me back, so time will tell how this moves along.
