It's more of a constant thing, but once in awhile seems louder or more hectic...which was when I wrote this post. It's simmered down to normal again

Nobody else in my immediate family was like this to my knowledge. I was the youngest and usually drove everyone else crazy with my excess energy.

You're right, it's not something that will merit any new meds.

Of course the singing is good in my head! It's only when it gets outta there that it's bad? And I can't remember a lot of songs either, maybe that's a part of why it can drive a man crazy.
