Dear Bobby,

Other good options for Chinese take out are
~Spring rolls instead of fried egg rolls
~Shrimp with lobster souce
~Beef Broccoli or Chicken Broccoli
~Steamed Vegetable Dumplings
~also Chow Mein and Cop Suey.

I have been listening to a meditation tape in my car that talks of the Buddha's second nobel truth:
http://www.butler.edu/faith-vocation...gion/buddhism/
Quote:
The Buddha suggested that suffering comes from desire or thirst for things in this world. People have desires and attachments to the physical world because they are ignorant of the fact that all reality is constantly changing. Thus, no one can ever be truly satisfied when attached to this world.
I am starting to try this by saying things like this: "I detach myself."
It works sometimes.
