Three hours of sleep

Hi,
I tried to stay awake and got nothing done. Everything I typed came out with errors and gibberish.

I am going to focus on being nice today. I am dull headed and out of it, . . . sometimes on those days I end up jumpy and agitated in an effort to stay awake.

Maybe I can focus on being nice.

sunflower for the day

Dear Mari,

You have a good goal. I am sending you a picture to help you flower-ish... ;)

http://123pictures.files.wordpress.c...flower-sf.jpg?

I chose a sunflower that still has green at its center, to lend harmonious and communicative energies. And of course the fact that it is a sunflower might help overall.

take care

Dear Waves,
The sunflower is beautiful. I like the growth of the green in the middle to. Thank you.

Dear Mari,

thinking of you. how did your day go Friday?

What about your weekend... have you been able to rest/sleep and replenish your energies?

(((hugs)))

~ waves ~ glad you liked the flower :)

Hi,

Saturday night I slept in slots of a couple of hours as I woke up through out the night. I go through this when my body relearns that I have to wake up at 9:00 for work.

The cleaning lady was here most of the day. I was doing some work a long with her --- using her energy levels to toss out stuff and organize other stuff.

For all the laundry of floor rugs and bedspreads and such I felt as if I might as well be doing laundry by hand: http://bestsmileys.com/cleaning/3.gif

Tomorrow / Sunday I will need a low stimulus day. It is chilly here now but I hope to get twenty minutes of sun in the middle of the day. I am finding that the sun helps with mood.

Dear Mari

glad your body/brain is finding its way back to your work schedule, in its own way.

yesterday sounded like a full workday. i laughed at the handwash icon. i do handwash small items. but i can't imagine handwashing a sheet let alone a heavy bedspread :yikes: and yes, even with the machine, dealing with those heavy articles is ... heavy, in more ways than one.

Today i'm wishing some R&R and a...

bright, bright, bright, sunshiney day

Hi, Waves,
Thanks for the sunshine wish.
I was in the sun from 4:30 to 5:00 pm -- late in the day but sun was here. I am following through on my plan to reset the body clock.

Depressed

Depressed and Sleep Deprived

Hi,

Last night I had five hours of broken and very light sleep.
I need sleep.
I was a complete mess today.
Tonight: Sad. Feel like crying.

Perhaps I can do this:
1. Take meds a little earlier than usua.
2. Take more of the Gabapentin than usual. Usually I take a little less than half of a 300 mgs capsule. Tonight I could take more than half.
3. Climb in bed.

Number three is hard.
I need a way to talk myself into going to bed.
