Hello!!!!!
 

Hi,

I woke up before the alarm AND got myself moving out of the house on time (Sometimes I wake up with plenty of time but end up goofing around and distracting myself and being late).

I nearly had panic about concern that the chairs in the room would not be to my liking. I was prepared to get there early enough that I would simply drag a chair that I wanted from another room.

I had a good chair day! When I walked into the assigned room, I saw that EVERY chair was exactly the chair I wanted. I was so happy. I sat down and relaxed after that -- figuring that the universe was working in my favor.


The presentation went fine. Work Buddy was pleased afterwards. He said that I "was right" when I had estimated how far he would get in his twenty minutes.

Tonight Work Buddy asked me for feedback on how he did in his talk. He asked a couple of specific questions so that he can improve next time.

This is different from hubby who usually wants me to reassure him about how well he did.
At the moment hubby seems exhausted by his anxiety issues. He is in a pause or re-set mode right now. He is quiet and into himself -- I feel that he needs to kind of be by himself for awhile anyway. Have not talked / interacted much in the last week -- maybe that is good.

Saturday I asked the cleaning lady to come over and talk while she and I pick up and organize things. I had some company and I got one room in good shape.
