Thumbs Down Motivation anyone?

I just don't know what is wrong with me this week.

I have no motivation whatsoever.

I hate when I am like this. I know I have rested enough.

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Heart Wish I had a clue

Nikko,
I wish I had an answer to help...Just chiming in too.
I have: No umption in my gumption,
Need to light a fire in my pants,
Get with the program,

Maybe it is getting use to the longer days after lacking the sun. Have you had recent blood work, do you have any thyroid problems. This maybe a contributor for me.

I wish I had an answer for you Nikko, I know it's so hard some days just getting out of bed and if I didn't have a child I wouldn't get out of bed some days.

I hope you feel better soon, I think Di Marie could be onto something, the lacking of the sun could be what it is possibly. I know it affects me when we've got some cloudy skies...I hope that you are able to find some motivation to get things done you need to get done soon. I have to vacuum and do dishes still...so I am not one to talk.

Where I live we get almost 365 days of sun, so it's not that, nor do we change our clocks.

The last time I had blood work done (recently) only my cholestrol was elevated.

I pushed myself today, cleaned the bird's cage, still doing loads of laundry.

Yet, I need to take a nap, so I will for a bit. Then the dryer should be done.

My oven is on self-clean, thank God for that. Watered my flowers. Still need to take the trash out, etc.....................

I have trouble getting motivated a lot. I'm in college so I can't slack off of things. My doctor did put me on Ritalin to help with my concentration so I have more energy but I just don't have much motivation. I can't figure out why because I used to have so many projects and hobbies.

Hi bizi, it does help me focus but I'm just lacking in drive if that makes any sense. I'm going after a Business Information Systems degree (computers).

Pain and depression make me loose all my motivation.

How is your pain level, sweet? If it's high, cut yourself some slack, cutie pie. Take naps. You deserve them.
