'ello everyone !!!! Thank you so much for caring !!!
I have been having several sleeping disorders hehe mainly, I cant sleep more than 3 hours but at te same time, when Im awake, i feel terrible and hear voices... Go figure... But Im fine  Last time I cheked we all were doing "ok" so havent turned on my puter... Just for the taxes LOL I post on FB cos my phone can do that  I love you so much. How's everyone doing ? Thank for thinking about me !!!

Lack of sleep can be soooooo upsetting. Take care of yourself as best as you can.  It is great to know that you are mostly ok. M |

I am sorry that you are not sleeping....that is awful and can wreck havoc on your everyday life. Do you have any idea why you are not sleeping? any new stressors that you are worrying about?

It's good to hear from you. I hope that you get more sleep then 3 hour intervals. My medications make me sleep. I hope that your counsellor finds the right medication mix for you. BF

Guess what... I got the flu !!!
 Doc gave me meds...and they seem to be working or at least my throat is not aching...I understand my poor body... Im back to the lab on tuesday and because I really dont want to, my body got sick...  Literally back to hell.... Never found out why I wasnt sleeping...
