I will be calling into the eye doctor tomorrow. I'm not sure if I can get in tomorrow. But we will see. If not I can't go on Friday morning I have to be in Monticello for a case conference. I really messed this one up. Oh well if I can't get in tomorrow, I'll figure out what to do. Probably go to a urgent care till I can get there. Donna ![]() |

dear Donna
yes i would absoutely go to the doctor asap in fact, if possible maybe could you call and describe what has been going on sisnce its bee na couple days now building up, right? because eyes are so sensitive and some conditions cand mess you up pretty bad. often ialuronic acid is given for eye afflictions even post-op like cataract, but honest. i would not recommend using ANY product on ur eyes until u see a doc. and i'd see a doc asap. just for example............ let's suppose you scratched your cornea. say near the outer edge even - it might not affect your vision a lot, so you wouldnt know it. but it would cause mega-irritation and could nto figure it out. but you don't want to go putting stuff on there. unless eyedoc says it's ok. some stuff is bad to put on corneal scratches. (NOT saying you scratched your cornea - just example of something only the doctor could know.) (((((((hugs))))))) yes and the more i think the more i think that if you can go as a walk -in, maybe you could go today????? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() pls see doc pls see doc pls see doc pls see doc pls see doc ![]() |

Thanks Hilary, Waves, Mari, Bizi
I have only been using clear eyes, and a generic sysane drops, and vive which is a drop that the eye doctor gave me. The clear eyes. Worked to take done 50% but wasn't working on something that was irritating to a degree that bothered me. So I switched to the Sysane drops (couldn't find the gel) but these drops, I only needed or used every 4 hours yesterday. Till later in the evening. So it was a big improvement. But I got scared last night because I think the irritation had finally worked itself to a point it was going to come out, or loss. If that makes sense. Anyway I got up to get Derrick off, had read that dark glasses sometimes work. So I had my sunglasses on. Which upset Derrick, because he has to have this one light on for his bus. I explained to him, so he was okay. Anyway I went to lay back down at 7am, and got up at 10am. With no pain or irritation. And its pretty much gone. Ran my errands, so if it returned, I could just chill and wait it out. But its 1 1/2 hours later and even though to be safe I used the sysane drops. And I've got my sunglasses on in a pretty much dark room. I'm great very little fill of the irritation. I think I'm imagining the irritation now. Its something I think I'm worried will return so I feel just a tiny bit. So that is the story. I'm going to wait and see if it returns. But I am going to make a appt to talk to the eye doctor i think about this. Because the signs were very much something I wonder about. I have had the blurried vision and wondered why. And I have the sensitivity to the light. And have always said it was for the migraines, now I'm wondering if its a combo. I wonder if I get this under control if it would help the migraines. Dear Donna
i am very glad you are feeling better. ![]() ![]() as to causality ... chicken/eggwise, if anything i'd tend flip it around. it might be an isolated migraine-type symptom... even if your migs are mostly controlled, and even if you don't necessarily get blurred vision with your migraines, this could be a breakthrough type st. anyway you could do dual approach.

I have been to this eye specialist in the last 2 months and there were no problems. So not sure anything new will come up. But will work through. Donna ![]() |
