yeah the halloween candy is gone!
mine is hidden for next year or for hubby who digs them out he loves tootsie roles. I just wanted to state this clearly here. I am not drinking because I proved to myself that alcohol interfers with my meds. I became manic from all of the drinking. Today is day 56 with out drinking and i have lost 8 pounds so far. bizi

Congratulations! Tough to walk away from that one, I know. Awesome on the eight pounds. Nothing as good as finding out that your 'fat jeans' need to be downsized. Or maybe you are too smart to keep a closet that will accommodate a variety of waistlines? I'm at the large size range right now , with Christmas around the corner. Yikes! Today is a new day.

oh ms manic, I have a closet filled with pants in varying sizes, most don't fit...so am really trying to lose this weight that I gained.
