Smile would quit work in one second if I had a chance

Mornings are hard. I missed not having bananas in the house so I made a milk shake of
~frozen peaches --- bad idea
~PB 2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)
~Flax seed
~almond milk
~chocolate powder

It helped wake me up.


Maybe I need new glasses. Lately I notice that print has gotten hard to read.

Hubby is around today because he does not have to work due to the holiday. He keeps talking to me and asking me stuff. He is high energy in the mornings but usually I do not have to see him.

Depressed the past two days.

Late tonight the depression seems to be less bad.
I do not know why one day and not another.

Me neither. It is what it is. It comes,and goes. I never know when this late night dread will come,or go. Or is it anxiety,and depression? The other night I just came to a conclusion at about 4:30,or 5:00 AM that I was scared between sleep,and being partly awake,and depressed.

It may be bio-chemical. It's something we inherited. It's probable in our DNA,but we can get better.

Mari. I'm glad that you are less depressed this morning. I hope that you get some rest. I hope that through research,there is better medication around the corner. BF
