Default Brain cells needed - donations?

First day back at work with new lamictal level and I'm lead hand. Oh well, might as well run through the fire as walk through it, as my Gramma used to say when telling me to tackle challenges head on. I'm praying that all goes well.

Think my own would be useless, wish I could donate, but can understand your day. Sending good thoughts each day is better.

Tentatively ok. I'm scared to even say it out loud in case the bubble bursts. I'm an engineer so problem solving is where it all shows up. Ran into some real tangles today but I was able to sort it out for myself. Butterflies when the adrenaline got going but I did ok. I hope this lasts. It is wonderful to be able to vent here to people who understand. Thankyou.

Wow, I empathize your stress, but admire the job! So smart to achieve all that you have done. Is there a way that you sort things, like writing, charting? I think I have had a challenged life of attention deficit or something.....even trying to balance work assignments I feel confused and get in a tizzy.

I am not organized, and say I am a type Z not A personality......a clutter head and life! Lol

Five shifts and it worked. There was only one moment when I started to get fuzzy and I went and did something mindless for awhile. I've been on lamictal for twenty years so it never occurred to me that it might be the problem. I seriously thought that my meds had given me dementia or something. Three or four years ago my pdoc added seroquel and it messed me up badly. After two years I clued in enough to ditch the seroquel but it had already made my normal dose of lamictal scramble my brain. I figured it out myself the long and hard way so I'm a little bitter that my pdoc didn't pick up on this. Oh well. Tired now. Going to sleep about twelve hours and then enjoy my days off. Thanks for seeing me through this, guys. Cutting back on a long term med is scary.

Default Top of the line

Lamictal, my psychiatrist told me, for my symptomology with BP I. Experience has shown me that he is right. I particularly like the limited side effects. I hope all goes well for you! Best of luck!
