Dear Friend,

You are loving and kind and gentle.
Having these disorders in our heads is soo hard. Even though people along the way have helped us somewhat, it was not enough.

Even if I found someone wonderful who could be tremendously supportive in my efforts right now with anxiety, that help would not be enough. I need a cure.

Some days I feel that I almost manage.
Those days are few.
Most days, I feel like I have only a few minutes in the day where I am almost managing.

Do you have good minutes here and there in your days?

M

Mari

I sure hope your days with your Dad go good.

And your hubby and mom have good days.

And then you guys can figure the dinners at night out.

Its not easy at all I know this.

I'm trying to figure out how to spend some extra time in Kokomo
with my mom and family.

But the monkey wrench got thrown in when my husband may not be
available to come for christmas. I then have to figure out Danny
and Ethan for going to Kokomo on Christmas Day.

The others all drive over on their own. Danny likes to ride with us.

Hi Mari I have some good moments during some days, but I usually don't understand the tense feeling. I JUST DON"T UNDERSTAND.

I also don't understand when people like my dad say every day is a good day. If it got any better they couldn't stand it. I hear these things, and it makes me wonder.

It must be nice to love the day. BF

I have no idea why men think they have all the answers and know us so well? Seems like they just won't admit you have good ideas.
Every time I make good suggestions often, no always have counter input from the men.

Today, I had the car pulled over at the next exit, called for my other son to take me back home when arguing started. Rather sit home then be put down or talked down to.

Di,

You are my hero.
'Stinks about the arguing but that is so great that you made clear what you wanted.

Di. Hold your ground, look at him in the eye, confront the abuse, and don't tolerate it. People try to put you beneath them. I had to correct a friend recently when he was being derogatory. BF

Thank you Mari. Wouldn't that be nice if there where "A CURE ",for these mental health issues. A cure.

I wish that a possible cure could start looking likely in the future. Scientists aren't going to give up trying to find the reasons for Mental Health Problems. They aren't going to stop because "progress"the way we know it now, is continual. BF
