Oh man, I wish he'd use his walker. I had to use crutches when I hurt my knee once and oh my, I don't know how I didn't break my neck using those things. But I am spastic. I hope he knows what he is doing and is careful!

He is going into school with his boss tomorrow for a few hours, he has to use his walker as it is going to rain all day. He will be picked up at 9;30am and will go out to lunch with garth his boss and good friend.
my back is sore, I am fine really.
he is going to take another shower hope it goes ok. there is a ledge that he hops over to get into his shower stall. not fun but once he makes it in there he can do everything him self.

that sounds good. i think it will do him good to get back to work even for a little while.that hop sounds scary. i wish he would let you help him with the getting in. maybe you can ask him if even if he doesn't "need" the help, if he would just "humor you" on this? anyway, i do wish him a safe and refreshing shower!
why do i get the sense you are not all that fine... like that you are exhausted. please rest Bizi.

It might be good to take something for your back - even just a one time dose of aleve, or ibuprofen (400mg of that) could be helpful. Choose a time when you can take the med with food, stay upright for an hour and then have a laydown, flat on your back for a few hours. could take the inflammation down a couple notches.

alternatively, now that i think, you could get those large NSAID stick on gauze bandaids, to apply to the most critical area/areas. you could use them any time, even during the night. but for helping the back, i'm very much for resting supine for a couple hours.
