Keep working with her to get some nutrition down her.
I was going to ask if you had considered getting another kitten or cat. I would see if she would adapt to the other one. But I hope you can at least take some time and go volunteer at your local humane society. My son used to volunteer before he was hired. And at times they have 200+ cats and kittens. And they are always looking for volunteers for the cats, its really a big deal when new people come for specifically the cats, to come and spend time petting and playing with. So please consider going and volunteering even if its just one day a week for a little bit of time. Then when you have gotten to know a cat or kitten maybe you will know which one you want.
