I have been meaning to answer this thread since it was posted, but I wanted to be precise, and was too lazy to fetch my vitamin bottles...

Daily Supplements:
B-Complex Formula
  • B1 (thiamine) ............. 1.4 mg
  • B2 (riboflavin) ........... 1.6 mg
  • B3 (niacin) .............. 18.0 mg
  • B5 (pantothenic acid) ..... 6.0 mg
  • B6 (pyridoxine) ........... 2.0 mg
  • B7 (biotin) ............. 150.0 mcg
  • B9 (folic Acid) ......... 200.0 mcg
  • B12 (cobalamin) ........... 1.0 mcg
  • PABA ..................... 10.0 mg
  • Inositol ................ 200.0 mg
Selenium Formula
  • selenium ................... 75 mcg
  • zinc ....................... 15 mg
  • vitamin C .................. 60 mg
  • vitamin E .................. 30 mg
  • betacarotene ................ 5 mg
Vitamin D
  • D3 (cholecalciferol) ..... 2500 IU

Occasional Supplements (prn):
  • magnesium pidolate ........ 226 mg
  • magnesium citrate ..... 150-300 mg
  • vitamin C ................ 1000 mg
