This is good. I think it was hard to do what you did, but you did.
You did what was necessary with your pdoc. I dislike the way she takes such a narrow-minded position on this. I understand that she is otherwise good, and you have an established relationship, so you'd rather work around her in this one area than have to change pdocs.

I am very glad to hear plan to see your T more often. From what you've said, she could be very helpful.

I also asked for more klonipin because I was feeling anxious in the mornings and taking extra.(Which I have not) When actually I sometimes take extra at night if I can't get to sleep.I can no longer have a back up plan because the pharmacy doesn't let you fill the rx's any earlier any more so I was nervous about running out.
I want the extra to fall back on when I need it. I have not been taking extra during the day. Glad that I have the extra now in case I do need help when ever the time of day.

Hi Bizi, I take klonipin too. I don't take it when I don't need it. I save up more or less for those nights where sleep is impossible. At least on those nights I can rest well.

I talked with hubby about being an enabler in my drinking. I asked for his support in this and he agreed.
It is also the day that I restart my diet and go back to the gym. I want to lose those 10 pounds that I put on and get back to the level of fitness that I was before this latest derailment.

It will help to have Jeff on board with your plan for the AF challenge.

I think it was smart to ask for the extra Klonopin. Benzo's are such a source of stress. Don't get me wrong, I think they are helpful meds, but the addiction part is scary. The idea of being in a situation where one might not have enough freaks me out. I totally understand wanting a bit of extra, just in case. Here, the scripting process for benzo's is not rigid but even so, I feel uneasy when I am in low supply.

Well today is day one.
I am drinking a cup of coffee and killing time before my last client at 5...I hate having to work that late. She works still at her husbands business and she asked me what the latest time slot would be. I told her 5 so it is my own fault and I see her every 2 weeks.
I think I will start a new thread called the 100 day challenge.
