Sometimes men are like that. They have other gifts that do count.
I think if you call each of your doctors's offices one of them will be able to find you a support group.

Perhaps call the hospital's main number and you can get the names of support groups that way.


Also, send me a private message of the name your town and I can search on-line for support groups in your area.

lots of hugs to you Donna.

i don't like that they are making you wait with the radiation thing. i mean... logistics of work etc aside, it seems like the sooner the better to get rid of the tiny residual bit. it seems so dang obvious. maybe i am just not informed enough. i hope that is the case. anyway it is frustrating to hear this. i hope it gets set up out with no further runarounds.

Yes, this morning was the CT Scan. And then I got the first radiation treatment. Which is next Monday the 6th at 10:30am. That is very
doable. The is more like it. Its what I had kind of expected before
when I had gone for the apt, and they talked about the two appts.

So I'm happy. This is great.

I then went to treat myself to IHOP chocolate chip pancakes.

And ran across a couple of my friends, just as I was finishing
my breakfast. It was great seeing them.

We talked shop. They are providers for one of the companies
in the area.

Just got off the phone with the American Cancer Society. My provider
agency, asked that they send me information. Its on its way.

Now its starting to move forward. Now I am finally feeling its starting.

She did tell me they have a website. Maybe I'll look it up.
