are you experiencing any side effects?
How long have you been on it and do you think it is helping at all? bizi I am bipolar 1 also, but I don't really suffer with depression.

I have been on it for a looooooong time!!!!!
I was put on it to calm the voices in my head and the people I see that no one else does. It works pretty well. Make sure you ask for the Black Cherry flavor!!!! The regular tastes like you are eating aluminum foil !!!! But still place it way back between your cheek & gum because you will still get a nasty after taste!!!!! I hope this helps. Abbie
