It was no big deal at all. We received several inches of snow. I hear that It may go down to 0 tonight. I have the warm water on for the integrity of the water pipes. BF

freezing rains here for mardi gras..
boo not going to the parades unless it stops raining. I feel sorry for the paraders, kids in the marching bands, float riders. lots of beads for the poor souls standing in the freezing rain. bizi

well we went to lunch at a mexican restaurant right by the parade route, so we decided to get a bit wet and watch the final parade.
a little bit of freezing drizzle did not kill us and we caught a bunch of beads! and some coins! yes! going to watch a movie( the dallas movie that mathew won best actor for his portrayal of an aides patient getting drugs from mexico) and eat some pizza for dinner and drink the rest of my mikes black cherry hard lemonade. tomorrow starts lent and back to being Alcohol free and sugar free, diet time again. i will get back to the gym!!!!!!! been a lazy day for the most part. bizi

Hi, Steve,
We had some nutty weather today and I was thinking about you. We were under a storm warning so I knew not to go outside. I did anyway because I wanted to see what was going on. The wind was so strong that I could not open my door!! That was my signal to stay inside for the couple of hours that it took for the storm to pass. Mari |
