96* today in the mountains, so glad I did not work today. I went to the farm for veggies and it was overwhelming.
Mari, I have hats and neck bands you soak in cold water for 20 minutes, they swell up with beads staying cold. You just have to wet to activate again. When they dry, they are flat the beads are tiny. I got them last summer when we went to Fl during June. The humidity really makes the asthma bad. Abbie, I have the RSD and Fybromyalgia and too cold kills me. The AC. Is set at 77*. It's been days since we had rain, my flowers are watered but still wilting.Keep cool all,hope we get the break they promise this weekend. Di
