We have a wicked thunderstorm.
Hubby is going to work even though I told him he should stay home. We lost electricity once and then it came back. I think I will un plug my computer. M |

we had a thunderstorm this evening we needed the rain...at my folks house. this computer doesn't have all of the keys so am just struswted my memory

I went to the capital city of my state,and had a dental appointment. I had a good checkup. No problems.
On the Interstate on the way home,there was a powerful thunderstorm. There was lightning,ran,and hail. I pulled off the interstate till I could see the road. Then when I got to a Wal-Mart to shop,there was another thunderstorm. I could hear the thunderstorm in the Wal-Mart. When I went to the car,it had stopped raining. Then I headed home,and drove into another powerful thunderstorm with heavy rain. I pulled over until I could see in front of my car again. I gassed the car up,and drove home. I got the groceries into the house and another powerful thunderstorm went over with lots of lightning. Four storms with black clouds  ,and lots of lightning.I looked at Nightly News on a small battery powered Auvio TV. Wow!!! BF

You are a brave and intrepid traveler, Steve, even with pulling over!
I would have been tempted to pull into a motel! Glad you weathered all those storms okay. How are your nerves? |

I was working at a Supermarket on 9/11/2001. I heard about the event all day. Allot of people didn't come to work,and I stayed there all afternoon,and till after the store closed. Customers told me all day about the event,and what happened during that terrible morning.
After that event,I decided to buy a small Radio Shack battery powered TV. I brought it to work,and looked at what was going on at work during lunch after that day,or had it on standby after those days. I left it in my locker. When TV went digital,that TV wasn't good for anything,so I bought this little digital AUVIO TV that has almost a 3,and 1/2 inch screen. I put my glasses on,and the screen is so clear. Progress!!! BF
