Do you have a favorite for your mornings or do you make variations?
M[/QUOTE] Good morning Mari! My foundation is usually the same. I always put coconut water, 1-2 TBS flax seed, chia seeds, soy protein powder. I generally throw in a fresh banana, apple, peach, maybe some frozen fruit. I always throw in a ton of kale or spinach and maybe a carrot. Sometimes I throw in Kefir, ginger or depending on the other ingredients, lime.. I loathe wasting food so part of the reason I bought the vitamix is so I can use all the food I buy and do far it is providing nutritious food and I am wasting less. As I notice things starting to wilt...they go in the vitamix section. I have even done tomatoes...hehhehehehe! |
