How is the weekend? I send vibes for good days.

I plan on staying home.
The cleaning lady might stop by for a couple of hours on Saturday and I hope to make her some Ten Bean Soup.
I also hope to walk in the tiny park outside my door.

I think we are going to the horse farm for their farmers market. It is new to our community and has been well received. Should be fun....I have some paper work to do but think that will wait until tomorrow. this is the first saturday I have off in a long time so I am going to enjoy it!

Derrick and I are going to see Smurf II today. He is off today.

We had originally supposed to be gone today doing a booth for IN*SOURCE.
But luckily for us someone closer could do it.

The horse farm farmers market did not have the produce that I thought they should have, lots of taste testing of spreads and pesto and breads and pies and other food items. Although, I did sample a very good tan Indian cucumber which tasted like a melon. I ate a wonderful spinach feta and pesto stuffed bread. We ran into my friend Chere the author, She and I went on a Christmas cruise together a few years back. She is so sweet!
and then we went to this park that had a food truck round up. so at least 8 different food trucks in the same area. I had a Ceasar wrap with pine nuts and shrimp. It was very good.
Jeff had a brisket sandwich that he enjoyed. then we shared a pineapple blueberry and vanilla protein smoothie. It was made with almond milk so dairy free. It was tasty. There was live music that was nice listening to.
That was fun we had never done either of those activities before today.
Now what to do.
It is 93 degrees and going to get even hotter as the day progresses. Just walking in between the events was hot 60% humidity so it could be worse.The food trucks were underneath huge oak trees and there was a lite breeze so we were thankful for that.
WE drank plenty of water.
Jeff is out searching for clip on sun glasses for his new glasses. He broke his only pair. He bought them from cvs pharmacy so he is on a hunt now....looking for replacement ones. WE kept the tag from his original pair, perhaps they could order him a replacement?
Maybe we will go see a movie.....I wonder if there are any good ones at the theaters right now?

WE saw the conjuring last weekend and liked that.
WE ended up going to drive to a recreational area of a place that has a lake and rest area. So we packed up the car with chairs and bottled water clothes, I put my suit on ....which still fit by the way!
It is a dress suit so it sort of hides my thighs...I love it but it is worn looking, should find a new one.
So it took almost an hour to get there and the area is closed so that was a disappointment. drove home and am thinking about supper, pork chops and corn on the cob, maybe some veggies as the corn is really a starch. Hubby was taking a nap but is on his cell right now.

today is day 3 AF and I feel pretty good about it.
I see my psychiatrist(pdoc) on tuesday and will have to lie to her about my drinking....she would faint if I told her that last monday I drank 12 margaritas. WE were at a restaurant and it was happy hour so the drinks were weak. But still 12!!!!!
Then I see my therapist the next day....I need to know if she is going to tell on me before I tell her the ugly truth about me drinking so much lately. She could and I don't want to lose my pdoc.
WE are going to the beach for a couple of nights next weekend and I will be drinking at the beach.
WE are going to pensicola. WE love to walk out on the beach at night looking for critters. WE are much into sitting in the sun. It will be all about eating good food and drinking bush whackers rum drinks like ice cream! yummy!
So I know that is what we will be doing and it will be fun!

Derrick and I had a good day.
We went to a festival in a little town close by. Saw some old car's at the car show. Then we also had done some garage saling.

We then went to the movies, and had popcorn and pop. And we had a pretzel at Walmart.

We had a good time. The Smurf's movie was really good.

We also had pizza just a slice for lunch.

Cooler weather, we went to the annual family reunion out of tow. Lol, outside of Phila area and they were wearing jackets, it was 75*. I took my grandson with me and he had a great day. I loved having him for the day. Lots of kids, cousins to play with.

When I got home I had an audit to do on a sports club to see if hey were airing a boxing match from pay per view. Dh and I went. Just mall place with a duel singing. As we were walking in a man 75 talked to us and we invited him to sit with us. I confirmed what I needed to prove I was there, then we headed out after the last set rom the singers.

Today I did nothing!
I fell back to sleep about 1pm and slept until 4:00pm. Made supper and watched TV.
The weekend was over too fast. Bizi I love reading about he places you find to eat and what you order. The Sandwich sounded yummy.
Now to count down til next weekend!
