I think one of the problems with bipolar patients is that we start to feel better due to out Meds and then we want to get off our Meds because we feel good. We get off our Meds and it all goes downhill because we don't have the tools that made us better...wordy, I know.
You are wise Bizi to put it all out there and accept the intelligent and honest feed back and take heed to it to. If you don't know what to do, they say don't do anything at all. You are doing great. |
