I just hope nothing happens and they give the room to someone else.
Since my reservation was on the phone. It should be okay. I got a email, saying they weren't guaranteed when requesting. But I think that is when you make it on the internet. Donna

I received a sad call today. But I knew it was coming.
My Case Manager for the insurance company called me to tell me she was not going to be it anymore. But that I could call for other issues. I now have to figure out how to deal with the new one. Donna
