Default not doing well

i don't know what happened but cecilia stopped ringing my bell to go for walks.
i wrote her to ask if she just preferred going to central park and that i understood. what a gap it leaves in my small life. i can't yet seem to force myself to take a walk by myself.
my rent is also going up significantly. i made the decision and i hope it was the right one. before it was frozen but i was afraid down the way i would go above the income level because i have to start using my annuity. I finally sold some stock.
I have also been getting stomach aches and a lot of times i feel dizzy and have loss of balance after getting up.It doesn't happen all the time but it happens with frequency.
tomorrow i hope to force myself to go to a chabad class for over fifties. the rabbi is said to be very wise.I am not good with change. my world has gotten so small.
