not doing well

i don't know what happened but cecilia stopped ringing my bell to go for walks.
i wrote her to ask if she just preferred going to central park and that i understood. what a gap it leaves in my small life. i can't yet seem to force myself to take a walk by myself.
my rent is also going up significantly. i made the decision and i hope it was the right one. before it was frozen but i was afraid down the way i would go above the income level because i have to start using my annuity. I finally sold some stock.
I have also been getting stomach aches and a lot of times i feel dizzy and have loss of balance after getting up.It doesn't happen all the time but it happens with frequency.
tomorrow i hope to force myself to go to a chabad class for over fifties. the rabbi is said to be very wise.I am not good with change. my world has gotten so small.

Oh Bobby,

I'm so sorry about Cecilia... did she answer you to let you know what was up?

The feeling dizzy and losing balance when you get up sounds like orthostatic hypotension -- a transient, rapid drop in blood pressure that happens with rapid change in posture, usually when getting up too fast. Be cautious to sit up/ stand up very slowly -- we don't want you falling.

A doctor should check to make sure nothing else is going on. Also, I think you are taking bp meds also, right? It's possible the dosage simply needs adjustment (up OR down), and this would be important, so do please call the doctor.

I hope Cecelia starts ringing the door again. Is it possible she
hasn't been able to take the dogs. Because of her own health.

Really hate reading your feeling so bad.

The rabbi sounds wonderful. I had to google "Chabad" ==>

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chabad

Quote:

Chabad [...] is a Hasidic movement.

.
The name "Chabad" (Hebrew: חב"ד) is a Hebrew acronym for Chochmah, Binah, Da'at (חכמה, בינה, דעת): "Wisdom, Understanding, and Knowledge".
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hasidic_Judaism

Quote:

Hasidic Judaism from the Hebrew: חסידות‎ [...] meaning "piety" (or "loving-kindness"), is a branch of Orthodox Judaism that promotes spirituality through the popularization and internalization of Jewish mysticism as the fundamental aspect of the faith
That is awe-inspiring. :) I hope you go. I am sure you'll enjoy it.:hug:

the dizziness doesn't happen when i first rise but a few minutes afterwards.
i had my bp taken a month ago and it was 120 over 80 which is good. I take bp medicines. it hasn't happened in the last couple of days. i am under so much stress and have been so depressed. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
cecilia didn't answer me. i did have an exchange with her. she doesn't have an account at ebay so i sometimes buy things for her.she liked the articles and told me she liked my hair twice and that was it
love
