I woke up at 7am yesterday and even though the heat was set over 80, it was below 60 degrees. It's been set at 100 since and the warmest it's gotten is 65. This morning it's about 60. We don't pay for heat. I'm sure that has something to do with it.
I suppose there is a benefit to being on the ground floor in the summer. Unfortunately, without going into it in detail, the AC situation is not ideal here either. |

I wanted to call, but my husband said not to bother because they don't care and it only ****** them off. He's right. I'm sure we're not the only ones suffering. I'm sure that other people have called.
