This is great, Bizi,

Do you feel empowered to make good decisions.?

Sam smith won 4 grammies and yes he did sing it was great!
Happy that one of the louisiana artists won their first grammie, we had a few up against each other. It is all good!
Thank you for reading my ramblings.

Went to the gym to try to do the 30 minute work out with weight machines and cardio (box stepping) combined. it was hard to do.... did not know how to adjust the seats, lever this, pull that and how do I know how much weight to put on there..... etc.
so I got discouraged and left not finishing all of the stations.
And went to do different cardio, 5 minutes of bike, eliptical, and then some other cardio machine so over all felt like I got a work out done. heart rate elevated which is good. Starting something new is hard...so I am proud that I went. I have the wrong kind of bra for this activity, all of that stepping up and down at a fast pace got things moving all over!:)

Hi, Bizi, :):):)

You did a good job. The thirty minute was new and tried it/got a little used to it. (It reminds of what CURVES used to be like. It had stations. I only went for a short time because they had the weirdest hours -- closed during lunch time and closed by 7:00 or so at night. )

Bras ---- now that you have the shoes I guess you can find a bra. At least they are cheaper than the shoes :D

oh but I hate bra shopping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't like to shop period.
I have used safety pins to make the straps shorter all stretched out...I really need to get some new bras.
sigh

Jeff feels fine today which is good. I am down to 152 this morning. I drank so much water yesterday...maybe that is the key to weight loss is to drink a ton of water...helps to flush out fat?

pt can get tsh checked at anytime. Dr Manuel recommends you stay off of alcohol. Apparently, your alcohol issue is not a new issue..so this is of no concern regarding your thyroid. Any further issues you will have to come to office to discuss this with Dr Manuel in person. Please do NOT send our office anymore portal messages regarding this issue. This has been extremely repetitive...

This is what my mdoc office staff said to me. I questioned them twice or maybe even 3 times about having my tsh checked. I was trying to get a feel for when I checked my thyroid after a while since I was no longer drinking. If the tsh is effected by alcohol then how long should we wait to recheck the tsh? She could not get this....I don't like this letter at all.

Yikes!

Sorry about that Bizi.:hug::hug::hug:

They do not have patience to think through your issue.
Let it go for now. The thyroid needs healing/repair time anyway.

It might take a three months.

See the doc in three months.

Well I do have an appointment to see a DO doctor of osteopathy. coming up at the end of the month prior to our insurance changing I don't want to pay out of pocket to see her..... I am hoping she will be more holistic in her approach. I will get the tsh drawn in a couple of weeks and have the results, my t4 was normal.
