I am bloated and have pain in my pelvic area, never have had this before. lots of pressure when I walk, have tempted to call in sick this morning and go back to bed. It started last night, thought maybe it was a high constipation, not sure. very uncomfortable in pain this am. Maybe just gas pains????

It really could be 'just' gas bizi. Gas is under-rated, lol.
Avoid milk, eggs, beans, and cruciferous vegetables for a few days. Chew on some fennel seed a few times per day (2-4 times spaced out). Eat about a teaspoon of it at a time if you can. More will not hurt you btw, just chew well. :hug: |
Is the fennel an anti gas seed? It is too late to get some tonight I am just seeing this and jeff has the car, his is in the shop.
I took 2 gas-x last night, it said only take 2 in a 24 hour period. So I will take some more tonight. I am on my period but this is not cramps. I do use tampons..... Of course I worry about having some awful female disease.... bizi I have not changed my diet at all.... sorry friend if you are reading this.. |

I will get some today. I took extra magnesium last night hoping to "go" today...I guess it has been a few days since I went.still bloated this morning. I have not been to the gym, not walked on the tred mill for about 5 days. That could be contributing to the problem. I will go tonight. Making that a priority. thank you for your support. bizi golly I hope it is nothing serious. I am not a good patient. I have a low pain tolerance. If I am not better in a few days then I will go to the walk in clinc and see if I can get an ultra sound. |
I am feeling better today after a bath room trip.
Took your suggestion about the fennel so I picked some up at the health food store that I frequent and took 3 pills of crushed fennel. I also bought organic yogurt so i had some of that. I already take a probiotic at night. I don't know if it was the smartest thing for lunch today: lentils and black beans. oh well. still bloated with pressure in my pelvis area. I hate this. bizi |

That was overwhelming..... Had chilli with beans tonight, jeff cooked so i appreciated his meal. This sounds alot like a paleo diet. the gluten free, no dairy, no legumes. bizi |
IT hurts below my belly button all the way down to my pelvic bone, I am puffy every where and it hurts when I push in, sides are fine.
