Today is my first intervew, later this afternoon!
 Very nervous about it. Any advice to keep my calm so I don't jump out of my skin?

I'm running late for work, didn't sleep at all
 , but just wanted to wish you good luck today Wendy. Get there about 10 mins early, no more because you'll have too much time to think. Remember, pause don't panic. They'll be awkward moments such try to stay calm. Visualize yourself working there, that might take some of the panic away. You'll do fine Wendy. Go get em girl!!!

oh good luck wendy...this is very exciting.
try to avoid caffeine today unless you jsut must. eat a small meal or snack before you go.... keeping fingers crossed that this experience goes well for you...you may find that with all of the interviews that you will be the one deciding which one to take..so interview Them as well. Thanks everyone! This first interview is for a staffing company but I need to see if what they have for me is worth the trip. I have already eaten ice cream.....not a good idea I know. Lunch will be a diet shake.
I just hope my anxiety doesn't get the better of me and I freeze and speak garbledgook.
