Hi, Wendy and Everybody,

The chicken was fine http://www.thesmilies.com/smilies/ch...racter0104.gif -- except for the burnt skin.
I ate half of it and put the rest in the freezer. Hubby has shown no interest.

Mari,

Thanks for the idea with the glaze. Baked chicken is about the only thing I live off of at times it seems. Glad yours was done. The skin is good by taste but not by diet anyway.
