It's good that you are noticing the difference. Is it easier to correct yourself while driving now that your realize that?

I'm glad that you don't feel like you're hypo and Jeff isn't noticing any signs either. From all your posts, he sounds like a good husband :)

thanks kay.
He is a great guy.

I am going to take a much needed shower. I have been avoiding that for almost a week. Yesterday I was going to take one but for the 3rd day in a row, I turned off my alarm when it went off and went back to bed.
I over slept 45 minutes each day.
And then when I got up I got on the computer and lost track of time and only had 10 minutes to get ready...so I did not curl my hair, it looked slept on.
Oh well.
My restless legs is getting pretty bad.
I flopped and kept my husband up. He told me this morning. We had gone to bed early because he had to get up at 4am to take a guest artist to the airport. Poor guy.
Must get off of here and take that shower!:o

You must be needing that extra sleep Bizi... Your restless leg syndrome is no doubt interrupting your sleep cycle  I heard it feels like my parasthesias, which can be terrible, you need an extra
Poor Jeff losing sleep, too, but I'm sure he understands you're not doing it on purpose.

And I'm sure that your clients aren't paying any attention to your hair. They're probably just happy to see you every day.

I hope you have a good shower, and a great day.

Hi mari,
thank you for sharing....

Not sure about the restless legs. Last time I had them was a long time ago and klonipin took that away.
I don't know if it hypomania agitation....could be..????
Can't remember if I told you that I have neck issues.
And have been having pain and headaches and shoulder muscular pain,
so tomorrow I see a chiropractor for the first time in a very long time...never for my neck issues which I have had for a long time it has just gotten worse in the past week or so.I used to crack my neck all of the time and slowly over time I have not been able to do that. Now not at all. It is like I am frozen. I also used to recently cracked my lower back and hips but now that is changed...So I am all screwed up.

So I hope I have some relief soon.

Anything involving the brain is the most likely culprit for the restless legs...
My guess it's the agitation setting it off, and your klonopin isn't there to help. Is it worse this time?

Any injury/insult caused at the level of the brain or below can cause symptoms anywhere below that level... but it usually would result in a more sustained movement disorder unless you have an underlining disease. So I think the neck issues are out as a cause of the RLS.

I had to have a fusion at C5-6 and still have 2 herniated discs in my neck. That is a tough place to have pain! I'm so sorry Bizi!:hug::hug:

I hope the chiropractor helps. Massage is a good adjunct.

I hope you feel better soon :hug::hug:

Thank you kay.
Went to bed around 11pm and I did not have the restless legs at all last night....I slept well until 5 am when I woke up and could not get comfortable and then just got up.
My neck still bothers me but not as bad as yesterday.
Am still going in this morning at 10:45.
I worry about how much this will cost me as we have a high deductible....
So I will be paying out of pocket.
sigh....

I have this chimichurri (think garlic and pasley) hemp tofu to use for dinner tonight.
I found a recipe for it, pumpkin seeds and squash.
Sounds good.
A vegetarian dish that hubby knows nothing about.
He will be surprised.
Am hoping we enjoy it so I can cook with it again.
We should be eating more vegetarian dishes to save money and it is better health wise too.
Have a great day!

We are going to a halloween attraction tonight the fright trail, here locally. It is supposed to rain all weekend. We were going Sunday to baton rouge to see the big attraction "the 13th gate". We have gone for many years now...
We will either bring umbrellas or go later on in the week.
Tomorrow we will elect a new governor along with 7 other spots open. Hopefully there will be a big turnout...never know the rain may keep people away.

Sure hope it helps Bizi.

I had neck issues a few years ago. So bad my neck wouldn't move.
So I had to have shots and then a procedure which I've forgottens
name. Its been many years. And I'm hoping to keep it continuing.

I've already gone past what is considered normal.

Well the chimichurri hemp tofu was interesting.
had the consistency of eggs.
Hubby said he thought it was good...don't know that I believe him.
very different than what we have had before.

We went to the fright trail tonight. It was fun!
Waited for about 1 1/2 hours in line then half an hour to walk thru the 20 acre trails/forest.

I went to the chiro this am.
Was aggravated because I waited so long and told him when he came back.
He worked on me and was able to crack my neck a little and my back a bit too.
I think he does a good job but going too long between clients....switching rooms etc.
going to watch x-files
hope I sleep thru the night tonight.
