Thanks you guys....
Yes mari she changed 3 things all at once. It was difficult to figure out what was doing what. Within a few days of tinkering...on my own. I think/know that I figured out it was the trazadone that was causing my hypomania. I did not want to tell her because she may have wanted me to go back to what I was taking before. and I did not want to do that. So I took a chance. And I was lucky. So I am back to what she originally prescribed minus the trazadone, added the klonipin. I did not set my alarm last night needed to sleep. Have a lite day ahead of me, all flexible appointments on my own time schedule. I love days like this. In regards to the drinking.... It was never my intention to stop drinking altogether. ( but I was going to do the 100 day challenge) For the past 4 years I have tried to have periods of not drinking because I have know that I drink too much when I choose to drink. If I am honest, going out of town I transitioned into vacation mode....I always drink when we go to this restaurant. And I had just gotten a clean bill of health from my pdoc. My weight is good so I thought impulsively. I am going to drink. I did not enjoy it as much as I thought I would and forced down the last of my cider I was so full from dinner. Which was not good. I did not sleep great and felt a bit nauseated from being so full. Too much food and drink, I got carried away. I think I am allowed to get carried away, I forgive myself. I will try to eat really cleanly today, make good food choices, drink plenty of water. After a couple cups of coffee, I feel fine this morning. It is halloween tomorrow and unfortunately the rains are due back. We have stood out in the rain before with umbrellas we can do it again. Normally we have 200 kids come thru. the year when it rained we had 50 brave souls come thru...so disappointing to go thru that work of decorating and not being able to put the lights up to illuminate the yard along with other electrical mechanical things due to rain. It looks like it will be the same this year. ..  heavy sigh. thank you for your continued and nonjudgemental support over the years. I can't tell you how much I appreciate my family here!!!!! bizi

I hope you get a lot of trick-or-treaters. I know you said Jeff really gets into decorating for Halloween.

That means I was AF 255 days of the year so far out of 304. That means I drank 49 days this year. that is 16% Wow! I am proud of myself. bizi weight for the year: 1-12-15=164, 2-28-15=149, 3-31-15=147, 4-21-15=142.5, 5-22-15=139.5, 6-26-15=138.5, 7-22-15=146, 8-24-15=151, 9-15-15=144.5, 10-5-15=141, 10-27-15=138. 10-31-15=140 (TOM) That is 24 pounds lost for the year.

This is one year I'm glad we don't get trick or treaters. Unless Derrick
sets up on the side of the house. I've felt so bad for a couple weeks I wasn't up to them today. So was glad even a little sad, that Derrick wasn't here. But overall glad. He is having fun with a friend today. Donna
