3 cups of coffee with half and half and stevia sweetener.
Half a gallon of water.
quick lunch at sandras:
large bowl of veggie soup.
cup of curry chicken salad with veganase and pecans and apples.
dinner bone fish grill:
lillys chicken which I love!!!!!!
it has goat cheese and spinach and basil and artichoke hearts topped with a lemon butter. It is my favorite.
I also had a side of broccoli and a side of spinach. Delicious!
Catching up on my lack of veggies over the holidays.
Going to eat an apple later if I am snacky...
Am tired, made many phone calls and will be working weekends for a while playing catch up. love my job! thank goodness!
Going to turn up the heat, house feels cold.
Bought some grapefruit flavored la croy water and will use stevia to sweeten it.
I will save some money and calories drinking water.

Right now we are exactly the same weight.

You may see a couple of pounds come off pretty quickly just from stopping the alcohol, and increasing your water and roughage intake.

You will be one busy lady for a while!

i microwaved broccoli for a few minutes and then put on cheese slices and microwaved a little more. It would have been great if i hadn't eaten the remaining cheese. no scale today

I love brocolli and cheese and cheese by itself too.
mainly no carbs! nothing wrong in my book.:)

WE ended up having the elk chili and it was so good. Very lean, we added sour cream and cheese!
lol
also ate some tabouli which was so fresh today.
parsley and quinoa and onions, lemon, mint (sometimes) and tomatoes and a few greek olives and sammie even threw in some pomegrants seeds which he doesn't usually add.

one little dark chocolate truffle from whole foods. delicious!
What a great meal.

I ended up seeing 4 clients today, had a nice lunch and got home around 5;30.

I have a couple calls to make before 7.
So I had better sign off.

Everything you're eating sounds so fresh, healthy, and tasty!
I've never had elk… I don't think I've heard of it mentioned as a food item before. Is it gamey?

bizi 01-06-2016 07:56 PM

Elk is not gamey at all. Tasted just like beef and is very lean so better than beef as a food choice. hubby liked it as well.

I splurged and had a grass fed beef ribeye for lunch today at sandras with swiss chard and cabbage and bok choy with onions and peppers. the steak was marinaded over night and rare just like I like it.
What a treat!

dinner tonight included grilled herb talapia farmed off florida.
Lentil tomato soup, spiced it up a bit as it was bland...really liked it, jeff did too.
one little chocolate truffle.
Delicious meal!

my back is a little sore.
For my birthday, Jeff bought me a gift certificate for a message. I have scheduled myself to work over the weekend. Think I will get the message sat night if they can fit me in. Message envy, 2 locations in town.
Sweet gift, from a sweet man.
