I almost called the emergency hotline a few nights ago because I was almost freaking out with panic. BF

I have called 911 twice for panic attacks and have felt better just being in the ambulance and hospital. Once was in my late teens, the other time was early last year. It was extremely embarrassing and expensive, but when you're experiencing utter panic and fear sometimes you just need to be somewhere safe….
I'm so sorry that you found yourself feeling so horrible, but I'm glad that you got through it and didn't need to call anyone on an emergency basis How did your appointment go Thursday? |

I'm glad that your car passed inspection. I've had my share of cars reach old age and need a lot of repairs. I hope that you have a trustworthy mechanic. I'm sorry that you have another worry to add to your list

I have a meeting with my Nurse Practitioner this coming week. I'm going to tell her about this mountain of fear that I have been experiencing recently.
I had a bad morning. I went through a period of panic. This is hard to explain to most all people. I don't know why this happens to me. I read some bible verses that made me feel better. BF

I am glad that they could make you feel better. I have been waiting for myself to shatter but i don't. I think God really protects us.
