Well,
You know that I keep track of my drinking behavior. I reviewed the past 2 months and it is not pretty in the least.
I only had 2 AF days for Feb. Now 2 for march.

Really, I think the increased geodon has finally kicked in.
But I feel I have gained some control again.
What a relief!
Tried to give up alcohol for lent but that only lasted one day.
Am back to my old dose of geodon at 80mg twice a day.
Think that I will have enough until I see Dr. Orazio again.
Stopped taking the extra lamictal in the am as I felt that it could be stimulating.
Started taking black cohosh for hormanal support per my mdoc suggestion.
It was crazy!
I was so fixated on the naltrexone. I have given up on it entirely at this moment. It is nice to know that it is there if I want to pursue it in the future at river pharmacy. I also joined a couple more forums related to the sinclair method of taking the naltrexone which actually works from what I gathered from reading. I actually tried to get my primary doctor to prescribe it for me. I was on the internet 7 hours one saturday...crazy!
I usually spend hours on the computer in the evenings, this is my source of entertainment.

Even though it is only day 2 of AF I feel so much better and in control. Like my sanity has returned.
Think I will go to bed and read a bit tonight.
Jeff is practicing and he has a concert coming up on thursday out of town.

I stopped buying beef at the store, it is too expensive and not good for the environment. I was buying it at a local grocery store then started buying grass fed beef and roasts which is very expensive from whole foods. But have stopped buying beef altogether over the past 2 months.
I did have a grass fed ribeye from a health food store and cafe that was delicious and well marinated. My friends used to eat at this health food store every day until we finally decided that they over cooked the organic veggies so that they have lost all nutritional value and now we eat off the hot food bar at whole foods.
These are good people and have become friends of mine. How ever, there they have a bar. yeah a bar at whole foods. Only in louisiana! We play trivia there on friday nights. The regular bartender Donna and I have an agreement to cut me off after 2 pints of beer. This keeps me out of trouble. Only once did I ask her to give me a third and she respectfully said no and I thanked her for that.
I love cheese and eat it quite often. We enjoy organic valley white cheddar sharp cheese. It is delicious.
I wish I only had 3 pounds to lose too...alas this weight came on...my own fault. I am 5'7 and 155 this am.
terrible shape and lazy.
Led a sedentary lifestyle which needs to improve. I used to wear a fit bit and got so depressed that I was only walking 1500 steps a day.
anyway, here I am...today is day 3 AF. And I want to remain AF(alcohol free) until easter. I was going to give up alcohol for lent but only made it one day. I am not religious at all but have mostly catholics down here and I work with the elderly.
My bipolar was out off whack and it is more in control so that is why I have been able to be AF. So I am very happy about that. Thank good ness for meds.
I feel more sane than I have felt in 2 months.

my friend had high cholesterol and loved cheese and ate it almost everyday. she stopped and her cholesterol with the help of zetia dropped 100 points. it was mostly the cheese.

I was really worried because you were manic or on the verge of mania. I'm so glad that you're coming down now!

It's always strange looking in the rearview mirror when an episode starts to clear up for me and I look at some of my behavior, like you're looking at your drinking and fixation on naltrexone right now. It's not like I wasn't aware of what I was doing, hypomania and especially mania really change my perception of things I guess.

Congratulations on 3 days AF! I'm so happy you're feeling better! Have a great day!

Hello, my name is Stefanija and I'm new here. Wasn't quite sure where to post. I struggle with borderline personality disorder, major depressive disorder, panic and anxiety as well as sleep apnea, insomnia, adhd and fibromyalgia and migranes.
I am really really struggling lately and do not feel like I have adequate mental health support. I'm looking to feel like I belong somewhere and meet people who can relate to what I'm going through and be a sense of emotional and mental support and I'm looking to be a friend as well and help in any way I can and be a friend in return . Thank you
