Re Axl: I don't get why men do that to their faces. They can get away with looking older (have much more leeway) more than women can.

The good news is that AC/DC is touring in May through the first week of June.
GNR has no May dates. They start back on June 23.
There is a chance that he is sharing AC/DC lead singing duties with other singers. --
I guess we will see.

Doing Yoga would have prevented that fall a week and a half ago.At any rate,
it was a dumb move to "jump" down (on purpose) the way he did.

I had a melt down earlier tonight
 

My workplace messed up the switch to our medical insurance and we
did not get our new medical cards and/OR access via on line for a little while.(not sure what happened)

Anyway, tonight I logged in to create an account hopeful that things
were o.k. and that hubby and I are covered and that we have our same PCP.
They were. They are. And we do. I am grateful.:)

But I am still getting over/trying to recover from the terror/anxiety/ sorrow/feeling of helplessness that I felt before I could figure out the web site.

We have a meeting at 11:00 with my direct boss.:Sob:

Most people are annoying at 11:00 in the morning for me but she is especially so.
I do my best to pretend I am engaged without out accidentally becoming engaged and messing up.

It is hard.
I doodle in strong primary colors on an app on my iPad even when I am sitting right next to her. :Painting:
The heck with how that looks.
The coloring /doodling keeps me from opening my mouth except for when to I want to say something affirming about what
great ideas she has. :vomit2:

I too hate that.
I feel so out of control when computer things have to be done and especially when it involves our insurance!
I got a bill from a collection agency because a bill was not handled correctly. My new GP office did not code my visit as a wellness visit so got charge for an office visit. this took some time to get resolved. Finally they rebilled at the correct code and are awaiting payment. But it has not cleared from the insurance company yet. They automatically go to collections if not paid after so many months it was 4. The lady at the collections office was very nice. I hope this doesn't effect my credit.

With a switch for something as important as insurance, I would want everything taken care of ASAP. I would be very stressed and panicked if things did not go smoothly with those issues, too. I hope that your anxiety over it has dissipated now :hug:

It's good that you have a way to distract yourself from tedious and/or annoying things/people in meetings while still being able to follow along. If your boss noticed your habit, she probably doesn't care since you still engage yourself by agreeing with her and feeding her ego. She also hasn't brought it up.

I picked up my klonopin using the card I printed last night.

It worked!
And the klonopin was only 10 dollars under this new plan (under the old plan it was 30 dollars.)

that is so great....sometimes it appears pleasant surprises happen. my teacher today reminded us of the book by peck i think the road less traveled about the psychiatrist who formed his ideas based on his experience in the concentration camp. he said you should expect one bad thing to happen after another or something like that. survivors always looked forward.
