Default Is anybody getting enough sleep?

Hi,
I am hoping that at least one person who reads this will tell me that they are getting enough sleep. That would make me feel that there is some hope.

"Last night" I fell asleep at 4:30 am in front of the tv (what a ding bat) instead of going to bed. I woke up at 7:30 am and can't get back to sleep.

I will be sleepy later when I have to drive downtown for my tdoc.

Have a good day.
Mari

What is this sleep of which you speak??

My 7 year old sleeps like a rock every night. It makes me so jealous.

I fall a sleep thanks to my meds. It's staying a sleep is my problem.

I wake up a few times a night, but this is nothing new. At least I usually get up, have a cigarette, some bottled water, snack sometimes, and I do fall back to sleep.

I would love just once to sleep through the night. The interrupted sleep is the pits.

Hugs, Nikko

I have been waking up numerous times with the CPAP machine, and with my nose being stuffy I haven't been able to use it much this past week. So I have slept good but I know I am not getting a real good sleep because I have trouble breathing.

I hope you start to get some sleep soon Mari, I used to not be able to sleep but melatonin and elavil work to get me to sleep and to stay asleep.
