I'm sorry you haven't been feeling well Bobby. Your stomach hasn't felt right for a while now

You have been dealing with a lot of anxiety. Do you think it is related to that, the coffee, or do you think you should make an appointment with your doctor?

Have you tried anything besides the ginger to help your stomach? How have you been sleeping?

I wish you were feeling better

Thinking of you today...

i think it is on going stress. i had a complete physical three months ago. the new cat was very stressful when i thought pudge wasn''t eating. she is settling down now. last night tiramisu slept with me for a while which was a first and pudge was at the edge of the bed. the statin reaction was horrible and was probably going on for a few weeks. I didn't know where the cramps were coming from. Only when my leg collapsed did it finally dawn on me. the decaf turned into a nightmare even though i though i was helping myself.
now i am just trying to recover by staying in bed. what would a doctor tell me. I haven't recovered for the long ordeal of watching abby die and her death and myra's death. toooo tooo much. what extra pills could he give me?

You have had toooo much going on

It may feel like nothing will ever get better. It won't if you don't try. Please talk to your pdoc. Med changes don't always mean extra pills, a lot of times current meds just need adjustments. At the very least, you enjoy talking with him, and talking to him about the losses of Myra and Abby may make you feel better

I'm glad that the kitties are starting to settle in. I hope that alleviates some of your anxiety

the earliest i see my primary doctor is the 22. he is so hard to get appts. he gives me blood pressure and diabetes medication. i stopped the statin by myself. he suggested therapy by i said it didn't work in the past and i have tried it about four times. It will just be another stressor. my psychatrist gave me last time topamax for the binge eating ..i gained about 17 pounds. it is working. i am not binging but i am having more chinese food. he hasn't suggested a therapist thank God

i can't avoid stress. i got an email saying the glasses were being shipped to my local post office. that was a first. then my mind started thinking they were trying to collect money from me. finally after waiting about an hour i found out they were going to delivery them to my building the next day. i also have stress of the politics i can't stop watching and the stock market. am going to try to watch less politics and talk less politics.

Politics are really stressing me out right now, too I've been trying to avoid the subject, but I can't seem to stop watching the news though.

It's so nice the cats are comfortable enough to be on the bed together. It really is amazing, Bobby. It has been such a short period of adjustment. I wonder if they will end up being really chummy since they are already so tolerant of one another?

How are the glasses?
