I'm sorry for all of these negative reports. I got discouraged last night, and before I knew it I became severely depressed. It took me hours to feel better. It was at about 3 AM. Three AM, to 6 AM are the loneliest times of the day for me. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I think that those are very lonely hours for many people who are unable to sleep well. I'm glad that you did end up feeling better :hug::hug::hug:

Different times of the day, and night, but not to well between 3, to 6 AM.

I had another bad period between 12 AM, and 1 AM today. It's like a dark cloud came over me, and I felt tremendous torment, and fear.

No one understands this, and I don't know why this happens. I've heard all kinds of things over the years. Councilors should just listen, and not be so quick to speak. They have no clue, just as I have no clue why this happens to me. I don't know what this is. I guess that I inherited it. BF:hug::hug::hug:
