I chew gum fairly regularly, it has xylitol in it which is good for your teeth.
Several days ago I was chewing it madly and got a head ache from it.
At and above My temporal muscles above the indention hurt when I clench my teeth. some 3 days later. (not my cheeks at all)
Wonder if something else is going on?
It is not TMJ, higher than that.
It hurt to chew raw carrots last night.
I am hoping this goes away soon. I miss chewing gum!

Did you go to bed early last night? you are up early today, me too.

I wake up at 6am almost everyday, sometimes earlier. My anxiety is highest in the morning so once I'm up my mind starts going and I can't shut it off. It's rare that I get to sleep in

I woke up at 5 and laid in bed until 6 to get up so that was 6 hours of sleep, had had a nap in the early evening from 6-7pm.
Just had my third cup of coffee, jeff just got up. I am trying to psych myself into a shower. It will be inevitable because When I need a shower these days the night before I put oil on top of my head to condition it so I HAVE to take a shower and wash my hair in the morning.

I'm trying to psych myself into a shower right now too, but it's cold in the apartment right now and not inviting. It's hard to keep an even temp inside this time of year.

I think that your conditioning treatment is an excellent way to force yourself into the shower…
I've been considering cutting my hair short again in order to force myself to do something with it, but I don't think I'm there yet.

I cut my hair pretty short last time at my jaw line, wear it straight and parted to the side, easy to pull off not washing it 4 days in a row although the hairspray builds up and sometimes I have to wet it to get the kinks out of it, bed head etc.
The shower was not that enjoyable for me today.
Usually when I am in there I really enjoy the hot water but today I just was in a hurry to get done. Almost ran out of hot water which I hate!
My client this morning is very close so even though my hair is wet, it takes just a few minutes to blow dry it, I have plenty of time to get there. after her appointment I am going to go get a new toiletry bag, me new one jipper broke already( from walmart)
that is what I get for shopping there....
my girl friend told me of a place that sells vera bradley ones with the fancy prints. (It needs to be good sized) I will stop there before lunch and try to return the walmart one even though I don't think I know where the receipt is.
I have 3 clients today so a light day. I like to see 4 a day.

Returning the Walmart toiletry bag without a receipt shouldn't be an issue. If you strike out with the Vera Bradley's (or don't want to shell out the $$) you may want to try Marshall's or TJ Maxx if you have those in your area. They sell a lot of luggage, etc by "famous makers" (expensive brand names at cheap prices). They're usually next to the purses and you may get lucky. There's always the internet if you feel comfortable with online shopping. I know some people aren't. I have a ruler and a measuring tape I use when ordering things online to make sure I'm getting things with the proper dimensions. If they don't list the dimensions in the details I move on or find a way to ask if I'm really interested in the item.

A lot of days I hate getting in the shower, but I'm happy when I do. I'm sorry you didn't get to enjoy yours yesterday. I hate having to race through those last few moments trying to get everything done before all the hot water runs out. We have water issues in our apartment building all the time. The water shut off about 45 minutes after I got out of the shower Monday. I'm glad I got my shower in and filled up the Keurig. That was around 9am. If that happened to me, and I had to get ready to go to work, I'd be so ****ing ******!
