The lactulose is a milk sugar of course.
They can claim that it has no sugar because it is not absorbable:

Wednesday I weighed 160, this morning I weighed in at 158.6lb :)

I'm going to make myself vacuum today. I hate doing it. After grocery shopping, it's the hardest thing for me to do. I should get it out of the way early, before my shower.

My husband keeps insisting on sleeping with the window open even though it's getting down into the 40s at night now. He says I'm selfish if I ask him to shut it because he's hot. Last night I pulled out the extra comforters and they are disgusting! They are coated with huge fur balls! The cats have obviously been getting into the closet more often then I realized, and laying on them. I'm probably going to take them to the laundromat today because I'm going to need them.

I don't know if I'm going to work on the cat condos this weekend or wait until I'm alone and have time to kill next week. My husband can be a bit of a backseat driver and I don't know if I want to deal with that, but he could also be helpful if I need that.

I forgot to mention I found 2 bugs in my kitchen this morning: one on the Keurig (again), the other in the cabinet above (a first). I caught them both and they're in a ziplock bag. One is alive for now, but the other one is mostly squished. Catching them should help the bug men treat the apartment.

They're coming Tuesday. Unfortunately, that means I'm going to have to empty out all of the cabinets again :(:(:(

I had 2 big cock roaches in the recycling bucket under the sink. UGH! I hate them and did not catch them they are very fast.

Sorry to hear that.

They are pretty disgusting.

The bugs were about 1/4" long, yellowish, and had long legs and antennae. I think it's weird that they're attracted to the coffee machine, and the cabinet where the coffee is, and nothing else. I put my stevia bottles in a ziplock bag in case they are attracted to them. I really, really, really hate the idea of having to move everything out of the cabinets again because it was so hard on me the first time, but I dislike the idea of having bugs in my kitchen more.

The thermometer never reached 60 degrees yesterday, and I kept the bedroom window open all day. It was in the low 50s outside, and really cold in there, by the time my husband went to bed last night, so he let me close the window! :)

I vacuumed, then swept and mopped the kitchen and bathroom floors yesterday. That was more than enough for me for one day…

I never got to the laundromat yesterday, so that's my plan for today.

I also want to get rid of some of the random **** that my husband has left laying around forever, like empty litter pails and the old toilet seat (at least it's in a box). I don't want those things in my kitchen or the cat room, and he never takes any of it out. It will take me several trips, but I'm going to put all of in my trunk, hoping I can throw it in the dumpster. If I can't, my husband can take the car and throw it all in himself… since the work will already be half done.

He's working today, so he will probably be grumpy this weekend, and in the upcoming week. We need the money, but picking up work on Saturdays is always hard on him.

Are they coming to spray this week?

Pest control is coming Tuesday. I got an email from the management company saying since it was a follow up visit, I didn't need to do anything unless I see bugs in the next week. If I do, call the management office for direction. I guess I will have to call…
I can take everything out of the cabinets, but I know I have to leave for 2 hours if they spray. I don't know if it's safe for the cats to stay in the bedroom or not, but I can't physically carry them out myself.

We live on the first floor, and are partially underground. Our patio is recessed and I make use of that often. When I'm taking groceries out of the trunk, I lay them on the grass in front of the patio, then open the slider to bring them into them apartment so I don't have to keep unlocking the door and going up and down the stairs repeatedly…
I took the laundry and the **** hanging around the apartment in reverse. I put 3 litter pails, a type of cat scratcher that was never used, a toilet seat, and two long florescent light bulb tubes in my trunk in time for my husband to get home from work. He drove over to the dumpster with me and threw them in. I'm very happy to have them all gone. I was tired of waiting for him to do it.

I washed two comforters, a set of sheets, and a set of towels at the laundromat. There was still a lot of cat hair on the blankets, so I decided to use a sticky lint brush to get some of the excess hair off before I put them away. It took a long time, but I feel like the job is done now.

Like an idiot, I realized I left my lights on in my car when I was running out to grab something to make dinner. The battery was dead and the key wouldn't come out of the lock because of the security system. My husband was anxious and angry. He was able to give me a jumpstart, but he was not nice. I hope that the car will be okay, and I won't run into further problems because of my mistake.

There may be a cold war today because I stood up for myself and said my peace, and my husband didn't like it. I don't care, have given out enough free passes. It's time for him to examine some of his behavior, and I hope that happens.

The Pats play at 1pm today and I'm very much looking forward to that. It's the perfect time for a game. It's the last one before Tom Brady comes back, and we're playing the Bills. Both backups are on the injured list, but that doesn't mean they're both out. Brissett will probably play.

I'm tired and sore from activity Friday and yesterday. I'm not doing anything today. I have a feeling I'll need my energy for packing up tomorrow. It makes sense that pest control would want me to have my cabinets cleared out after seeing bugs again.

I hope you enjoy your pats today! You deserve some me time.

I was a little distant yesterday, and I'm sure my husband sensed that. His simple "I'm sorry" did not have the same effect it has had in the past.

The Pats were shut out yesterday. Our team was led by an injured (right thumb) third string quarterback, but it's no excuse. We were outplayed on both sides of the ball. It was a very frustrating game to watch. I think everyone in New England was speaking in four letter words for all four quarters. Tom Brady is back next week when we play the Browns (0-4) on the road, and he better not have any growing pains after his 4 week vacation. We are 3-1 now, which is far better than anyone thought we would be without him.

I'm waiting for the office to open to find out if I need to clear out the cabinets for the bug men. I can ask about the spraying, but I don't know if the office staff will have any answers about that. I can always put the cats in the back bedroom if they spray, which will be far less comfortable for them. That's where we keep the cat boxes, and there's nothing comfy in there. It would only be for 2 hours though.
