I can't wait until I can start dieting again. Being 161 makes me want to see myself back in the 150's so badly. I will start again when I'm feeling better. I'll be far more likely to have more discipline then anyway…
Then we will be in the trenches together like we were during my first go around

I had a long lunch with a girl friend yesterday. I really needed to talk.
Came home very late from a concert last night out of town. My girlfriend drove so that was great! Her cousin went with us and she was hilarious! We had too much fun!  But I canceled an appointment this morning and tried to go back to sleep but could not so just got out of bed. I should take a shower this morning but that takes effort...am just not sure I am up to it. I have a major headache. Forgot to drink water when I came home last night.... sigh. I decided to go to a support group meeting with my friend I went to lunch with yesterday. It meets tonight, she is picking me up at 6;30. I really could use some support, thinking about getting back into therapy again.  bizi

It was a support group meeting for co-dependants...I fit the description and related to the stories that I heard. But it is a 12 step program and that is not my thing. Plus it meets in a room at a hospital with a funky smell, moldy. yuck!
I decided to dust off some books that I have read in the past about codependants..... bizi
