I yo yo in weight. before a year ago. I had 2 sets of scrubs 32 pairs total. heavy sized and thinner sizes. But had to be pressed/dry cleaning bills. When I was at my lowest weight in years last novemeber that is when I bought the new scrubs and gave all of my old ones to the good will. These new ones are great no ironing required! and are very comfortable, when I am thinner that is.
If I bought 10 new pairs that would cost $350. Cheaper than the diet program. The desire to get thinner needs to be greater than what it has been. I ate a whole pizza last night.
157.9 on my new bathroom scale. more accurate and precise down to the 10th. It will good measuring the cats too.

I am yo/yoing between 197 and 199. But that is still down. Its 7lbs down from about 6 months ago when I saw my cancer doctor last. I saw her today.
I'm doing much better by just watching what I eat and doing some careful thinking on when to splurge. My goal is 180, at some point. But not sure
how long its going to take.

That is honestly going to be more than I need to weigh, but it will be better for me than over 200. Or even close to 240.

I'm pretty pleased with what is going on here. Still 3 days till I know how we procede with the breast cancer.

Bizi, try to see if you can find a coupon code for the site you buy your scrubs from floating around somewhere on the web. You never know what you can find out there… it's worth a try.

I understand what you mean about "the desire to get thinner." Sometimes we are just lacking in motivation for any number of reasons. I'm in the same boat as you for the time being. I got used to seeing the same number on the scale for a while, got comfortable, stopped dieting, and can't find my motivation again.

Donna, You've done a good job losing weight even though you aren't at your target yet.

I'm sorry you have to wait the three days to find out how your doctors plan to treat the cancer… it must be hard. I will be thinking of you

I was surprised to find out how many coupon codes are out there. If you can't find one from the site you usually purchase your scrubs from, you may be able to find a coupon code for a site that sells the same brand you wear

Make a list of the codes you find because some of them don't work though.

WE have many artsy stuff to do this weekend...too many to squeeze in have to decide what to do.
Friday night either a student modern dance performance or a student opera,
hard decision.
I am getting my hair colored saturday afternoon, usually takes 2-3 hours.
Saturday night- Jeffs masters student classical guitar recital,
Sunday afternoon piano and violin faculty classical concert.
Love it when there are things to do!

I like this color best. I have been brown, red and black with in the last few years. I like blond best.
