We have been having, and will continue to have, quite a heat wave... low to high 90's. Heat and MS don't mix well, so I've been pretty much hiding inside in the AC.

it is only 76 degrees this morning but 100% humidity. Hubby has been walking in the mornings, very proud of him. He comes in soaked from his walk.
High today is only 93. Better than 95 and 97! bizi

It sounds like most of us are being effected by the heatwave...
We have central air. Is everybody able to stay inside and keep cool? |

We had 113 degree heat yesterday with high humidity and storms. Today will be much the same.
My a/c is working constantly. Hoping we don't loose electricity. Blue |
